An easy-going beach house, with two large terraces, one of which is covered, under the pines, oaks and arbutus trees. A large and beautiful swimming pool shared by residents, perfect for children. The bike paths start from the residence. The space The house has just been renovated in a simple and chic spirit: gray concrete, white walls and wood and rattan furniture. Everything is new, including the bedding. We rent a house that we appreciate and maintain perfectly. Guest access The house is independent. Access to swimming pool and tennis and sports courts at no extra charge. Other things to note We lend 6 bicycles, which is not insignificant both practically and financially.
