Beautiful Centrally Located Cottage in Intercourse

Our home is located in the middle of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, and within walking distance of all the shops in Intercourse including Kitchen Kettle Village, Stoltzfus Meats, and Smucker Village. Intercourse is surrounded by farmlands and in the summer several authentic Amish roadside stands selling fresh produce can be found within a mile from our home. We've been sharing our home with guests for years, and just refreshed the furniture and decor this year to ensure you have a cozy + chic stay. The space We are 15 minutes from Dutch Wonderland, the outlets, and restaurants along Route 30. Other nearby attractions include Sight and Sound Theatre, Shady Maple Smorgasbord, and downtown Lancaster, so whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or shopping and adventure you can find it here. Our home is beautifully decorated in an elegant chic style with lots of natural light. It's perfect for a two couples traveling together or a family with small children. It includes two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen), full bathroom with a tub/shower, formal living room, dining room, fully-stocked kitchen, finished basement with a smart TV (and basic Xfinity channels), high speed wifi, and full size washer/dryer. A portable travel crib is available in the hall closet. This home is meant to be warm and inviting above all. Watching horse and buggies clop by while drinking your morning coffee on the front porch or living room swivel chairs is sure to be a highlight. In the past we've kept the TV in the basement media room, but we listened to past guests requests and have also added one to upstairs living room as well. However, if you're looking to disconnect and spend some quality time with your friends + family, you'll find plenty of board games in the dining room cabinet as well as inspirational reading material on the living room bookshelves. There's a great park with swing sets/play area for kids just behind the property and in the summer there's a local softball league that plays at the ball diamond most evenings. In order to accommodate guests with allergies, we kindly ask that you respect our "No Pets" policy. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, porch, and front lawn. Other things to note This was our first home and we absolutely fell in love with the charm and central location. We hope you'll love it as much as we did.
