If you book 14 nights, we'll give you the genepi! Hello, Our 90 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a condominium ("Les Clarines") located on the lower part of Annecy-le-Vieux. The neighborhood is quiet in normal times and even more so in July and August. The lake and the city center are just a few minutes away... We are exactly 20 minutes (real time) walk and less than 10 minutes bike ride to Annecy beaches or Annecy city center and less than 5 minutes drive. Ideal apartment for a family or group of friends of 5/6 people. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished with designer furniture & contemporary decor. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, hood, oven, large refrigerator, Kenwood robot, electric coffee maker, kettle… but beware, no microwave at our place, sorry!). Friendly, pleasant: The living space (30 m2) is composed of a kitchen open to the living room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with comfortable bedding: - A double bedroom — Bed 140 x 200 cm - A double bedroom — Bed 160 x 200 cm (the boiler of the apartment as well as the washing machines/dryers are present in this room, at your discretion). - A single bedroom — Single bed 120 x 200 cm +  a mattress to be placed on the floor is available, i.e. 2 beds. The bathroom with shower and sink (blind bathroom, without window). 1 pleasant small balcony (3 m2) furnished for relaxing (no table). The apartment is bright. The rooms overlook a large courtyard (without cars) in which children can play safely and the balcony on the parking side of the residence. We live year-round in this apartment. There will therefore be the "things" of first necessity. (condiments, household products...) Hot water production by gas boiler in the apartment. Easy and free parking available in the residence and in nearby streets. Possibility to park your bikes in a secure place. Bicycle path from the residence for access to the lake and center. Bus (free in July and August) to the city center in 3 minutes. iMac available via a "guest" session. Samsung The Frame 65" TV + DVD-Blu-ray player...
