LA CAPSA DE LLUM is a 16th century farmhouse located in Alt Empordà, in the village of Vilanant, next to Figueres. Restored in 2017 with love and enthusiasm, combining tradition and a modern and comfortable design, with high-speed WIFI (300MB fiber optic), modern fireplaces and central heating in all rooms. It has a garden, pool, game room and billiards. Its 350m2 accommodates 16 people. The space THE ROOMS: The Capsa de Llum has 5 rooms that can accommodate 16 people. Each room has its own personality. El Festeig: a double bed Els Pardals: a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed El Firmament: a double bed (which can be divided into two single beds) La Petite Suite: one double bed (+ separate full bathroom) Les Lliteres: two bunk beds + two "trundle beds" Guest access At Capsa de Llum we have created different spaces both to share in a group with family or friends, and to disconnect. We have: - THE PLAYROOM (OR CHILDREN'S ROOM): We want the little ones to have a great time in our house! A room designed especially for the children of the family, with a careful selection of books, toys and drawing materials. - THE CINEMA AND BILLIARD ROOM: A room with an American pool table, a big TV screen to enjoy the best movies. - THE DINING ROOM: A bright dining room with a large table. - THE LIVING ROOM: A living room with comfortable sofas, books, bluetooth speakers and a wood-burning stove. - THE RECEPTION (OR MULTIPURPOSE SPACE) A large open space of 35m2 that you can use for whatever you want: from practicing yoga in a group to reading. - KITCHEN: A cozy and well-equipped kitchen (with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) - THE GALLERY: A bright gallery, ideal to disconnect. - THE SOLARIUM: A large terrace for sunbathing, taking an outdoor shower, admiring the bell tower of the village's ancient church, and the fields and mountains that surround it, and at nightfall, looking at the stars. - THE GARDEN: The house has a nice 200m2 garden, with a private pool (4x2m), lawn and numerous trees. It includes a dining area with a barbecue, a ping-pong table, a hammock, and a swing for the little ones. THE BATHROOMS Three full bathrooms: two with bathtub and shower (one of them belonging to the bedroom "La Petite Suite"), and one with shower.
