Welcome to your home away from home! Our recently remodeled 3 bedroom house is comfortable, modern, and in a great location (15 minutes from the airport, less than 5 minutes to three highways US-60, AZ- 101 Loop and I-10; 15 minutes to ASU; 20 minutes to Scottsdale; and less than 15 minutes to many Spring Training stadiums). Whether you're in town to have fun or to relax- we welcome you to enjoy our entire place to yourselves. Feel free to message me with questions prior or after booking. The space Check in/out is easy with keypad on door and your own personal code. Open floor plan includes den, sitting area, dining room, and kitchen. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, electric kettle, waffle maker, and a crockpot; appliances include microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and a large fridge with freezer. Washer and dryer are in the garage (iron and ironing board are in a closet inside house). Detergent is supplied. Large windows to let the sunlight in. Comfortable sofa to lounge on in Living room: leather love seat and sofa, storage ottoman that doubles as a coffee table. Ottoman has board games, cards, puzzles. Two Samsung TVs (55 inch TV in living room; 43 inch TV in master bedroom *both TVs are smart TVs that allow for streaming and casting) *While TVs have plenty of free channels we do not have a cable subscription, but you can stream and cast from your phone Bedrooms: master bedroom is en-suite (has attached bathroom) comfortable king bed, walk in closet with hangers, walk in shower, double vanity. 43 Inch Smart TV in master bedroom. Two additional bedrooms have a queen bed in each and each has its own closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Guest bathroom in hallway has shower/tub combo, large counter space. Bathrooms include blow dryers, shampoo, soap & towels. Bathrooms do not have bars so may not be suitable for seniors/elderly Hallway has linen closet with extra towels, sheets, and blankets. Extra storage space in hallway for your items. Dining area has a table that seats 6 Backyard: grassy backyard with trees and a nice patio area. *Grass can be season dependent. Patio table seats 6. BBQ gas grill is supplied ***Landscapers tend to the yard twice a month (around the 1st and 15th)- they will not disturb you, will not knock on the door- it's a very quick in and out but they will access the backyard if your stay coincides with the landscaping schedule*** Garage: house has attached garage for your car(s) and driveway for added parking space. Guest access Self check-in via Smartlock keypad; you will have access to the entire house-inside and outside. Other things to note Twice a month, around the 1st and 15th we have our landscapers out to do a quick clean up. You will not be disrupted by them.
