This is a beautiful 1930's 70 square meters two bedroom apartment that has been totally restored in 2016. It has everything for a perfect stay in Milan with generous room for up to 5 people. The space APARTMENT DESCRIPTION We have conserved most of the original 1930's interior design whilst introducing all modern comforts including full air conditioning throughout and broad band Wi-Fi internet. The two bedrooms are situated each side of the living area. One features a double bed (size 160 x 200 cm). The second bedroom features 2 single beds (size 100 x 200 cm). The fifth bed's size is 100 x 200 cm, being equally comfortable and it is positioned only when needed and requested. If requested for a group of 4 people the extra set of linen required will have the cost of 35 euro for the entire stay. A baby kit for babies under 2 yo can be provided on request at the extra cost of 15 euros per day (this includes: travel cot, duvet, blanket, bed linen, baby bath, travel changing mat, plastic plates/cups/spoon and a highchair). Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided for the number of occupants, you will also find shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and some other basic toiletries. Please be aware that Locanda Fusetti has moderate cancellation terms, unfortunately due to internal organization, no exceptions can be made. Guest access ACCESSIBILITY AND LOCATION The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building of the 1920's without elevator (32 steps from street level). The building features 3 floors and 3 apartments per floor, so you will have neighbors. The location is in a side street of Naviglio Grande, where car and bikes traffic is limited at night (20-8), but a stones throw away from the bustling nightlife of the Navigli. All the windows have deep double glazing so the apartment is well isolated from street noise. Be aware that the area you are choosing is one of the most boosting in terms of Aperitivo and dinner/after dinner time in Milano. Therefore if you are looking for absolute quiet, this is not the area. Other things to note IDENTIFICATION Upon arrival you will need to provide identification for all members of your group, the host will register your presence at the Questura di Milano, as requested by Italian law. LOCATION CONVENIENCE The apartment is located in a central area. Nearest underground station at 7 minutes walking distance, be aware there is a bridge with steps to cross.
