Il Monte Farmhouse is a restored country house from late 1800s, located in a quiet village, within 40 minutes' drive to the beach/mountains. It is surrounded by unspoilt nature. NO POOL AVAILABLE. Friendly goats, ducks, cats, dogs, organic vegetables, eggs goats milk/cheese available to buy for the guests. Great home made meals available on site. Foraging walks, pizza making, wild cooking classes. Stunning views, fantastic walks, great tourist sites, charming little towns, best food in Italy! The space Free Wi-Fi in the whole house. Free parking. 2 storey holiday home with private access and terrace. 1st floor 2 bedrooms (2, 1+1, possible additional travel cot) and bathroom. Ground floor kitchen, sitting room and WC plus terrace. Free access to our organic vegetable/fruit produce for the guests. We speak English, Italian and Polish. Guest access You rent out the whole semi-detached house, consisting of 2 bedrooms, hall and main bathroom with shower upstairs and sitting room, kitchenette and toilet downstairs. You have exclusive use of the adjacent terrace. There's parking in front of the house with direct access to your property. You can access animal pens and the veggie patch located behind the property WITH OUR PERMISSION AND SUPERVISION ONLY. This is for your and our animals safety. Please respect our private areas. PLease do not feed our cats/dogs without asking! Other things to note We live in the adjacent house. You have a separate entrance and exclusive use of the terrace adjacent to your holiday house. We own a cat/s and they may want to accompany you during your stay and attempt to enter into the property. We have friendly dogs which do not have access to your amenities. We do our best to make sure they don't cause any nuisance during your stay. Please note access to the backyard, veggie patch, goat and duck pens is allowed with our permission/supervision only.
