The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Built into a gentle incline, the cottage spans two levels plus a loft, providing ample space for everyone. Downstairs features a games room with a pool/ping pong table and air hockey, plus a separate TV room for movie nights. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10): Main Floor: Two king bedrooms (one with lake views, one with tree views). Middle Floor: Two queen bedrooms (one with lake views, one with tree views). Loft: A fun space overlooking the dining room, with three single beds and one double bed. Outdoor Features: 112 feet of private, south-west facing waterfront with direct lake access. A private dock for relaxing by the water. Gently sloping shoreline and beach access, ideal for swimmers of all ages. Deck with a BBQ for outdoor grilling. Guest access You'll have private access to the main cottage and waterfront: all 5 bedrooms across the main and middle floors and the loft, the living and dining areas, games room, TV room, deck, beach, private dock, and lakeside firepit. The lower attached cottage you'll see in some photos is not part of this rental and will be locked off. The space you're booking includes the entire main cottage with full lake views, dock, and beach access. Other things to note Seasonal Listing: This is our 5-bedroom configuration, available from September through mid-May. For summer bookings, the cottage is available as a 7-bedroom rental under a separate listing. Watercraft: For your safety, watercraft (boats, kayaks, etc.) are not available for guest use during the off-season (Late September through early May). Accessibility: Please be aware that the cottage is built on a hillside and has stairs between every level. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or for toddlers who are not steady on stairs without close supervision. Private Space: The rental includes the entire main cottage. A separate, lower attached unit is not part of the rental, is unoccupied, and will be locked off to ensure your complete privacy.
