Marigot Bay villa - stunning sea view near beach

Oasis Marigot is a community of 12 private sea houses nestled amongst tropical palms and gardens on the north side of Marigot Bay. The villas have beautiful views of the bay and marina, 1 bedroom, full kitchen, bath, living room, balcony and shared swimming pool. Easy walk to the beach, bars & restaurants. NB St Lucia now have a local tourism tax of $6 per person per night which is not included in the price and which is payable to Oasis Marigot directly. The space The master bedroom is on the first level - double French doors with wooden shutters open onto a balcony. The upper level has a living room, bathroom, and kitchen with large fridge and stove. The sofa bed sleeps an additional two persons comfortably. Another set of French doors open onto a wonderful covered veranda overlooking Marigot Bay – the perfect place to watch the sun go down with a rum punch! The villas are set in lush tropical gardens and there is a shared swimming pool with sunloungers. The beach is just a walk down from the villa. There are plenty of activities at the beach such as peddle boat, kayak, and Hobie cat rentals, a designated swimming/snorkeling area, as well as complimentary beach chairs for Oasis Marigot guests. Guest access Guests have access to the whole villa and shared use of the swimming pool. Other things to note If you have some mobility issues, please be aware that the property is located on the hillside and there are a number of steps. The property would not be suitable for wheelchair users. There is air conditioning in the bedroom only. There is free wifi but because of the position of the villas and the signal at present it only gives access for emails etc and light browsing. There is no TV – but frankly anyone who has ever watched the TV in the Carribean knows you are not missing much!
