High-speed fiber internet. Roku for access to your own streaming accounts and on-demand viewing. Do you like to cook occasionally while traveling? We've got you covered for pots, pans, utensils, condiments, oils, vinegars, seasonings, etc. Enough coffee for your first couple of days, and tea. There’s a natural foods store, Mexican grocery (with excellent carnitas), and two great meat shops nearby, plus bigger grocery stores within 2-3 miles. If you're coming to Minneapolis during the summer, please note that, like most old houses in this area, ours does not have central AC. Summer weather in Mpls is mostly wonderful—perfect for open windows—but it's also not unusual to get occasional hot, humid spells. There are window AC units in the two larger bedrooms upstairs, one in the living room, and the basement space tends to stay cool all year. But if your group needs fully chilled air throughout the house, this one may not be for you in peak summertime. I'm in the process of naturalizing the front and back yards with pollinator-friendly native plants. Sometimes it looks glorious and others a bit ragged, but that's nature for ya! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (excluding attic, basement storage room, and garage), plus private fenced yard with large patio. Other things to note **Traveling with a pet?** —The yard is fully fenced in, and you may bring one well-trained dog, but YOU MUST REQUEST APPROVAL BEFORE BOOKING AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $20/day. —Your pup may not be left alone in the house for longer than it can handle, and must be well-socialized with other animals. —No cats allowed, due to allergies. **Planning a gathering?** We have a "no parties" rule, which includes family events.
