Welcome to our charmingly renovated family home in the heart of Heemstede. Located in a quiet, green neighborhood with free private parking. Within walking distance you will find shops, supermarkets and cozy coffee shops. Inside, the house has a modern open kitchen, a bright living room and French doors to the sunny garden — perfect for breakfast, relaxing or eating together. An ideal place for couples or families looking for comfort, tranquility and accessibility. The space On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, bright living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for extensive cooking. At the back and side, French doors give access to the sunny garden. Here you will find a lounge sofa, a large dining table, an outdoor kitchen with a Black Bastard barbecue, and a playhouse with a slide. There are plenty of toys available both inside and outside. In the hall, there is a separate toilet. On the first floor is the comfortable bathroom, equipped with every comfort. The master bedroom has a queen size double bed and direct access to a spacious roof terrace. In addition, there is a cozy children's room with a baby bed. On the attic floor is the third bedroom with a single bed. The washing machine and dryer are also available for use here. Guest access You have the entire house at your disposal. Other things to note Family friendly: Cot, toys inside/outside, high chair and stair gate available. Smoking: Not allowed in the house; smoking outside is allowed, provided that cigarette butts are disposed of properly. Pets: No pets Parties: No parties or loud music—quiet residential area. Stairs: Two stairs in the house; less suitable for guests with difficulty walking. Washing machine/dryer: Free to use in the attic (please consult).
