The fully private property is integrated into an exceptional natural setting, a 15-minute walk to the village of Gordes. The renovations carried out in 2020 ensure optimal comfort, both indoors and outdoors. The large wooded garden and pergola offer you shade and precious coolness during the summer. The secure swimming pool (shutter) and the bocce ball court will enhance your stay in the heart of Provence. Our house is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in peace! The space We no longer offer instant booking following several group abuses that did not respect the calm of the place and the neighborhood. We prefer to emphasize the residential nature of the neighborhood and the need to respect the calm of the place, hence the choice not to accept a party or event. We thank you for your understanding, and for taking this parameter into account before making any booking request. We completely renovated the 115 m2 house and the exteriors (3500 m2) in 2020 to offer you maximum comfort. - The living room of more than 40 m2 is composed of a dining area, a relaxation area for adults with connected TV, but also a corner dedicated to children with games, carpets and other cushions available. - New fully equipped adjoining kitchen (dishwasher, oven, combined microwave, percolator) - A bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. - A separate restroom. - Three double bedrooms with air conditioning - Utility Room with washing machine - A large terrace with garden furniture, outdoor table and barbecue - 3 parking spaces on the property and 3 in front - A garage that can be on request to store your bikes and other equipment safely. - 1 saltwater pool, secured with a submerged roller shutter. The pool is open from April to October. The water is at least 26°C between mid-May and the end of September. We cannot guarantee the water temperature in April/early May and October: it depends on the weather from year to year. - 1 pool house with sink and bathroom - 1 bowling alley and triples provided for adults, and bowling games for children For people coming with small children, on request, we have all the necessary equipment to allow you to travel light: - travel crib, changing mat, bathtub, potty, toilet seat reducer, chair booster. Finally, a trail runs along the property and allows you to reach Gordes on foot in 15 minutes or by bike Guest access The entire accommodation will be accessible to you and you will be the only ones to benefit from it. Access to the house is strictly reserved for the number of people listed on the rental agreement, i.e. a maximum of 6. It is not possible to invite additional people to stay in the house.
