The space We no longer offer Instant Book due to several group abuses that did not respect the calm of the place and the neighborhood. We prefer to insist on the residential character of the neighborhood and the need to respect the calm of the place, hence the choice not to accept parties or parties. We have 2 bedrooms with double beds in 160x200cm, and one bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190cm so suitable for children or people under 1.65 m to ensure bedding comfort. We have completely renovated the house of 115m2 and the exteriors (3500m2) in 2020 to offer you maximum comfort. - The living room of more than 40m2 consists of a dining area, a relaxation area for adults with connected TV, but also a children's area with games, carpets and other cushions available. - Fully equipped new attached kitchen (dishwasher, oven, combined microwave, percolator) - Bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and bathroom. - A separate toilet. - Three double bedrooms with air conditioning - A laundry room with a washing machine - A large terrace with garden furniture, outdoor table and BBQ - 3 parking spaces on the property and 1 in front - A garage that can be opened upon request to store your bikes and other equipment safely. - 1 saltwater pool, secured with a submerged roller shutter. the pool is open from April to October. The water is at a minimum of 26°C between mid-May and the end of September. We can't guarantee the water temperature in April/early May and October: it depends on the weather depending on the years. The activation of the heat pump is in surplus during these periods and subject to favorable weather. - 1 pool house with sink and sanitary facilities - 1 boulodrome and triplets provided for adults, and children's ball games For people coming with small children, upon request, we have all the necessary equipment to allow you to travel light: - umbrella bed, changing mat, bathtub, pot, toilet reducer, chair booster. Finally, a trail runs along the property and allows you to walk to Gordes in 15 minutes or by bike safely. Guest access The entire accommodation will be accessible to you and you will be the only ones to benefit from it. Access to the house is strictly reserved for the number of people listed on the rental agreement, i.e. a maximum of 6. It is not possible to invite additional people to stay in the house.
