The bus stop is in front of the building, allowing you to leave your car when you go down into town or to the ski base. This private bedroom is in the desirable Chateaux Condominiums. This space is the completely separate master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) of the rest of the condo, with its own entry from the hallway. You will not share any space with the rest of the condo or other guests. It is on the first floor with NO STAIRS to navigate. The location is ideal being a 5-10 minute walk to the base of the ski resort and with the local bus stop in front of the building. Also within 10 minutes walking distance are restaurants, a coffee shop, a convenience store and deli, a liquor store, a playground/park, bike rentals, and sports shops. There is a wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub with a view of Mt Crested Butte. (Please note that the pool and hot tub are typically closed for maintenance during April, May, October, and November until Thanksgiving week.) With all there is to do in Crested Butte and Mt Crested Butte, you'll rarely be staying in but when you do, we have provided a relaxing, comfortable space for you with an amazing view out the window. Only one vehicle is permitted to park on the premises. A parking space is usually available in front of the building unless it's an extremely busy time. Sorry, no bikes are allowed in the unit but there are bike racks right outside of the building's front doors. The local FREE bus shuttle stops in front of the building. There are bus lines that will take you close to most anywhere you need to go in Mt Crested Butte and Crested Butte. Other things to note Please be respectful of your neighbors while in the unit, as some live in the Chateaux Condominiums full-time. Also please use only what you need to help conserve and keep costs down. The outdoor pool and hot tub are typically closed for maintenance during April, May, October, and November (until Thanksgiving week). Please: - No Pets Allowed. - No Smoking of Any Kind in the Unit. - No Bikes in the Unit (there are bike racks right outside the building doors). The Chateaux Condominiums HOA allows owners to have pets but guests are not allowed to have any pets in the units. We do have an English Cream Golden Retriever (Maya) who sometimes accompanies us when we're at the condo. Please note, if you are allergic to dogs, this may not be the right rental for you.
