Cozy one bedroom apartment. Comfy queen bed with full kitchen. ROKU TV and WiFi provided. On the courthouse square. Five minute walk to the city park and South Llano bridge. Enjoy unique frisbee golf, swimming at the dam or city pool. Follow it up with a four mile run, hike or bike ride by Flat Rock Crossing, and Texas Tech. Junction golf course is a mile away. No smoking on property. No cats. Dogs are allowed. Please inform me that you will have a dog with you. Clean up after your pet The space Downtown on the Courthouse Square will give that quaint small town atmosphere. Guest access The entrance includes a small private secluded courtyard area great for sitting out or letting your pet out in a safe area. Dogs are allowed. Please let me know if you are bringing a dog on the property. No cats please. Please clean up after your pet. Bags provided in the courtyard. The laundry is not a shared space. Please do not use the washer or dryer. Other things to note Check in- 3:00 pm. Check out/ 12:00 am. Will do my best to accommodate early or late check- in times. Just let me know ahead of time.
