Cozy double bedroom

The room we offer is located on the lower floor of a delightful, recently renovated independent house, built from an old ruin from the early 1900s, which belonged to a family of charcoal burners. When we bought it, they thought we were crazy, because of the conditions it was in, but with love and dedication we managed to make it flourish again! This is a space that is completely independent from the rest of the house, there are no common areas. The space The room consists of a wardrobe and a very comfortable double bed, equipped with sheets and blankets. Warm in winter and cool in summer, an ideal accommodation for a couple who wants to spend a few days in complete tranquility, while not disdaining the entertainment that the region can offer! Being away from traffic, it guarantees an absolute lack of noise for a long restful sleep. Next to the bedroom is the private bathroom. The space made available is completely private and independent, there are no parts in common with the rest of the house. Guest access The guest entrance is independent. In addition to the bedroom, guests can enjoy a private bathroom with shower and towels. There is also a television available. If guests are also interested in the kitchen, it is possible to book the entire accommodation (available on this site in a different ad called "Antico rudere rimesso a nuovo") During your stay I do not live in Pettorano sul Gizio, but I am available for the handover of the keys and for any information you need. Other things to note Please note that: - The telephone reception is quite poor inside the house and also in other areas of Pettorano, but soon we will make a WIFI connection available to guests. - Pettorano has many stairs and narrow streets. Many accommodations in the historic center are not accessible by car, so you need to leave the car in the parking lots at the gates of the town. Our accommodation is located at one end of the historic center, so it is very close to one of the entrances to the town (which is not the main one) and consequently it is possible to find parking not far from the house (compatibly with the places available, which understandably decrease during the high season).
