Sur Mar is a few steps from the sea, from where you can watch a wonderful sunset while enjoying a quiet walk near cliffs to the Cap D'Artrutx lighthouse Guest access The apartment is located about 15 minutes walk from a leisure complex called "El Lago" which has all kinds of services such as supermarkets, different restaurants, cocktail bars, ice cream parlors, marina, shopping area, boat rental, etc. where you can also enjoy a beautiful evening for both adults and children Just a 5-minute drive away, there is a fun water park with a go-kart area for the enjoyment of young and old You can also enjoy the beaches of Calan Bosch and Son Xoriguer, about 5 minutes away by car (beaches also with a lot of charm near the same development) It has a very good location due to its proximity to Ciudadela, about 10 minutes by car, and by bus with a stop in the same community. The apartment is a private detached house, very bright and fully renovated with all the amenities designed for a pleasant stay. The pool is behind the apartment, which guarantees greater tranquility. It is the only apartment in the development with a separate entrance. This apartment can accommodate two people but with the option of four as it consists of 1 bedroom with a 1.50 cm double bed (with a pocket spring mattress and a new graphene topper from May 2021) and a sofa bed that is also very comfortable with the width of a double bed. The kitchen with a hob is open to the dining room The bathroom has a dryer and shower with screen We provide bath and hand towels and bed linens It is fully equipped with air conditioning (with a heat pump for the winter), a 40" TV in the dining room (with a smart TV and the possibility of connecting to pay channels via Wi-Fi) The bedroom window has a folding mosquito net. Washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, kettle, microwave with grill, toaster, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso capsules, juice squeezer, dishes, utensils... We provide tupperware, which is very practical if you like to take food to the beaches. We also provide an umbrella and a small portable refrigerator, very useful for small excursions The 100 m garden has completely private access and has hammocks and outdoor furniture.
