Quiet spacious apt near Castle hill & metro line

This is a really quiet (no street noise at all), traditional, spacious apartment at the foot of the Buda Hills. It is close to the metro station, so the centre is just a few minutes away. A good base for exploring the city. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped large kitchen, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, free WIFI, cable TV, washing machine, two air conditioners. Ideal for travelling families, couples. The space We offer this safe, quiet and spacious (60 m² / 640 sqft) Budapest home for short, medium or long term rent. It's very close to Deli Railway and Metro Station, from where you can reach everything in Budapest with ease. It's a great choice if you arrive to Budapest or leave by train. There is no better location if you plan to make a one-day trip to Lake Balaton during your staying, as the nearby railway station offers quick access to the lake. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking (even baking) and large enough for sharing meals with loved ones. In addition to the kitchen, the apartment has a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom has a double bed. The door can be closed. The living room has a double sofa bed. If required, an extra bed/baby cot can be provided. The internet/wifi is the highest bandwith available in the area. By booking you also accept these. - Reservations for third parties, such as donated reservations, are only accepted if the Airbnb user making the reservation does agree to stay with the guest for the entire stay. In the event of a breach of this rule, the Airbnb user agrees to pay double the amount of the original reservation. - Guest(s) does not posess the property, only use it for staying. Guest(s) cannot invite additional guest(s) with or without consent of host. Guest(s) cannot use the reservation/apartment for donation purposes with or without consent of host. Guest(s) cannot use the reservation/apartment for lending it out with or without consent of host. Please send quality photo of ID documents of all guests (above 14 y/o) in AirBnB message before your arrival. Accepted documents are passports, EU ID Card, EU drivers licence. We also need your permanent residence data: Country, Town and ZIP. Without these hosts obliged to reject occupying the accomodation. Please note that all of these data are used by us only and exclusively for sending them to the Guest Information Closed Database where the Police is the sole administrator. We do not keep, use, forward these for any other purpose. - Guest(s) should coorporate with host to make him able to run this business legally. - We prepare a contactless, self-check-in option for all of our guests. The default check-in time is after 14:00.The details will be sent only when we receive the necessary registrations documents and data (mentioned above). - Please reserve/book the previous night too if you'd like to arrive to the apartment, eg. during night or early morning. We can be flexible in check-in time only when no previous guests leave the same day. - The default check-out time is at 10:00. Please reserve/book the next night too if you'd like to stay over in the apartment, eg. till afternoon or evening. We can be flexible in checkout time only when no next guests arrive the same day. - At check-out you have to leave the apartment in as same condition as you received it. - While you use our property, you are fully responsible for it. Please let us know if anything broken, damaged or need to be fixed. - We do not offer luggage storage service. - We refund exactly what AirBnB cancelling rules require. Your insurance should cover everything else. - Please do not smoke inside of apartment or inner yard. Please smoke only outside of building. - Please respect our neighbours - they also make it possible to operate this AirBnB: No parties. No loud noises. No fight. - Though we are animaly friendly in our personal life, we decided to NOT accepting pet guests respecting our next guests, as the animal allergy is quite common. The only one exception are service dogs. Owner has to notify us about this case prior reservation. The dog has to stay on floor (not in the bed, sofa bed, armchair), and cannot stay at the property by itself when the owner leaves for any reason, any short period. - We do not accept underage guest(s) without adult accompany. - If there is any damage (minor, major) guest has to notify host as soon as possible via Airbnb messenger, AND phone (or third party communication channel) if it's an urgent case. - The start/end of the heating season depends on the outside temperature, but lasts from around the beginning of November until mid-May. According to local regulations, the mandatory temperature in the living area is 20°C/68°F. The thermostat in the apartment is set to 21°C/70°F. If the guest requests a higher temperature, the extra heating cost (above average gas or electricity consumption) will be charged after the stay. - Please consider that internet speed is the highest available in the area, and it's provided in 99.9%/year availability (~9 hours/year), and with 72 hours repair service. Digital nomads must have their own backup plan(s) for having internet, not including cancellation of reservation. - By the Airbnb reservation, only reserved guest(s) can stay overnight. For any additional guests/visitors you have to modify the reservation and have to send their guest data. Any cost/loss comes from unpaid additional guest(s)-, or any penalty comes from not registered additional guest(s) in VISA database, will be forwarded. - Please consider that using/possessing weed or any other drugs is strictly illegal in Hungary. It comes with immediate cancellation of the rental with no refund. - Intentionally blocking the operation of security cameras, installed outside the apartment, even for a short period, will result in cancellation of the reservation/stay, without refund.
