Small stone farmhouse of about 70 square meters on two floors located on top of a hill in a residential complex consisting of two farmhouses (reachable by a private road of 800 meters). The building consists of a living room with fireplace and sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a beautiful and spacious bedroom with bathroom, bright overlooking the valley towards the Argentario. The space The farmhouse is nestled in the woods of the high maremma on the slopes of Mount Elmo in the municipality of Sorano. It is located a few kilometers from Sorano and its spas (7 km), Sovana (10 km) and Pitigliano (12 km) about 40 minutes from the famous Saturnia thermal baths. The private cemented road to reach the farmhouse can be in some places of medium difficulty given the slope. Guest access The house is equipped with gas water heater and heating with pellet stove. Outside there is a space equipped with table with umbrella and chairs, lounge chairs (upon request). Other things to note It is located a few kilometers from Sorano(7km), Sovana(10km), and Pitigliano(12km), and about 40 minutes from the famous Saturnia hot springs.
