The location of our villa is unique as it is only, - 15 minutes away from the Capital City of Colombo - 10 minutes away from the Southern Highway (E01) - 10 minutes away from the Colombo-Katunayaka Expressway (E03) / Airport The indoors of the villa is very spacious to move around. There are a variety of indoor plants that as proven reduces stress, eases tension and is a help to deter illnesses. This creates a more relaxed and happy ambience through our villa :) The villa is surrounded by a garden filled with greenery. Simply a walk around the villa with some breezy winds blowing in your way would provide great relaxation and peacefulness. There is also a pond with fish, adjoining a small grass filled area where you could make use of to hold a BBQ. The villa comprises of a fully equipped kitchen to create a simple dinner, to bake a cake or even to the extent of cooking a complex Master Chef styled dish ;) Essential services close by: Supermarkets (Keells and Cargills) - 5 minutes ATM - 5 minutes Pharmacy - 5 minutes Gym - 5 minutes You could reach the above places on foot. The Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya which is a great heritage to Sri Lanka is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. Behind the temple flows the Kelaniya River. There is a bund along the river that could be used for walking or cycling. Guest access The entire villa and each and every facility within the villa is ALL YOURS! Other things to note - Please note that no parties are allowed at the villa. - Please make sure all electrical appliances are switched off when not in use. - Please make sure that all doors and windows are closed when the Air Conditioner is switched on. We perform constant pest control treatments to the villa to keep the villa free from pests!
