Our family's weekends hideaway home, Baan Plearn-Pleng, is right next to Kwai Yai River surrounded by greenery trees and beautiful natural scenery of mountains, forrest and river. Located in 2 acres land, our house is in modern glass house style with panoramic view of nature. You can enjoy swimming & kayaking in the river, relaxing on the river pier and enjoying the fascinating nature and serenity. A luxurious slow life living in the middle of nature that is perfect for your city escape. The space The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, spacious living and dining room, large balcony and river pier. Bedroom #1 and bedroom #2 are in a separate unit but connected with the main living unit with the balcony while bedroom #3 is in the main living unit. All bedrooms and the main living & dining room have air conditioning. Bedroom #1 has 1 king size bed, bedroom #2 has 2 single beds and bedroom #3 has 2 queen size beds. We have full equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue grill for guests who enjoy cooking. One kayak boat and swimming supports i.e. rubber raft, swim tube, kick boards are also provided for river recreation. For those who play golf, it is only 9 km. from Srinakarin Dam's Golf Course. Grocery shop: 7-Eleven convenience shop and a number of local restaurants are located about 5 kilometers from the house on the way towards Srinakarin Dam. There are also a fresh market, grocery shops and restaurants in Srinakarin Dam area about 10 km. away from the house. This one is open early morning. You can buy some breakfast here. Guest access Guest can access the whole space Other things to note There is no public transports around the area. You will need a car to come to the house and travel around the area. Shops, restaurants and attraction places are not in walking distance. The house is in country side and there is no fence surrounded so sometimes there maybe some neighbors’ dogs come into the property. However they are friendly not fierce dogs. Please don’t feed them with food as they will come back and annoy you or other guests later.
