Beach Place Walk to Beach/Boardwalk/Blvd

1.5 Blocks to the ocean & boardwalk. 2 Blocks north of 2nd Ave Fishing Pier. We are right in downtown Myrtle Beach, NOT a residential area. Therefore you are close to the blvd and the activity/traffic/noise/and foot traffic that comes with being in downtown. The house is close to some nightlife, Family Kingdom, Ripley's, bars, restaurants & more. Short drive to airport, Broadway @ the Beach, golf & all that Myrtle has to offer. Pets are only allowed with prior approval and restrictions apply. The space Large living room, kitchen with microwave, coffee pot and all essentials. There are two bedrooms, each having its own bed and then there's a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. Small deck out front. Washer and dryer in unit. Cute house. Guest access Entire home. We have 2 other rental properties behind this home. Other things to note We do offer monthly rentals during the off season and will consider small dogs during that time.
