The space A lovely quiet house with a fantastic central location - our place has many corners for relaxation. The ground floor has a lovely open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, plus a BBQ in the garden! We have a puppy with us but he will not be in the guest rooms (unless you so desire!). Being a golden-doodle, Mochi is lovely and is naturally-excited to meet people so you might be in for a greeting! Fret not, Mochi has hypoallergenic fur due to his breed. *Please take note before booking - Infants and toddlers may NOT be suitable for this Airbnb as Mochi is a large dog despite being a puppy. All sheets and towels will be freshly-cleaned before you check-in. We also provide body wash, shampoo and hairdryer for your use in the bathroom. ----------------YOUR ROOM------------------ - Queen sized bed with comfortable duvet and pillows - Central heating installed to keep you toasty and warm - Wardrobe to hang your clothes - TV Screen & Chromecast so you can stream your shows while relaxing on your bed! - Kettle, water jug - Working desk - Ironing board & iron ----------------BATHROOM------------------ This is a shared bathroom with only ONE other room - so you definitely do not have to wait around for your turn! ----------------BREAKFAST------------------ We provide a complimentary simple free-flow breakfast which includes: - Coffee & selection of teas - Oats & cereals - Milk, bread & spreads - Condiments, cooking sauces, oil, salt, pepper (if you need to cook). --- EXTENDING YOUR STAY --- • Should you need to extend your stay, it is best to let us know early so that these dates can be blocked out; otherwise, other guests may "instant book" my place (this has happened a few times) and we will be unable to host you further. ----CHECK IN/OUT TIMINGS--- Check-in time is 3pm onwards on weekdays and 2pm on weekends. Check-out time is at 12pm. We’d appreciate if you could adhere to the timing above to allow us to clean the room thoroughly before the next guest arrives. However if there are no guests coming after you, we are very flexible with these timings. If you’d like to drop your bag off earlier or pick up your bag later on, that can usually be arranged. Guest access The guests will have access to the following equipment and amenities. --- ONE BEDROOM --- Accommodates 2 comfortably • Queen size bed with medium-firm mattress, plush pillows and comfortable cosy duvets. (Sleeps 2 adults) • Closet to store your belongings and comes with a TV with Chromecast to stream your shows. • Fastidiously clean bedsheets, pillow cases and duvet covers changed for every booking. • a HRV ventilation system installed to keep the rooms dry and free from mould in winter and fresh air drawn from the outside in summer. • New central heating installed to keep you toasty and warm (additional blankets and heater available upon request) --- BATHROOM--- Shared bathroom with shower & tub.
