Nestled under the Tyne Bridge on the third floor of a listed building the apartment is astonishingly quiet for its city centre location. The space Due to the property being listed and its age there is no lift and is therefore not really suitable if you have young children and or are not physically able to climb stairs.
No pets allowed, No smoking at this property Facilities in the apartment include 36" Freeview LCD TV in the lounge with the usual USB/HDMI ports. Iron, ironing board and a hairdryer are also provided. High speed Wifi available. Lovely open plan kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster etc and we hope our welcome package will provide you with some local produce to eat and drink on your arrival. Guest access If at all possible we'll meet you at the apartment and show you around. However if you are unable to meet you we have a lockbox at the front door.
