This is a private guest suite with bathroom attached to our home in Darlinghurst. You have your own entrance and separate space. It is only a stones throw to great restaurants, fabulous gelato, night life, parks, the CBD and St Vincents Hospital NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED There is on street paid parking at $6.20 per hour The space This is a private bedsit style guest suite. It has a separate entrance through our backyard. It is has a queen bed, your own private bathroom and a sun filled deck. There is a small bar fridge, microwave oven and kettle provided. A scale drawing of the space is available in the images. No parking is available. Guest access You will have a private bedroom, your own bathroom, microwave, kettle & bar fridge and a sunny deck. You will not have any access to the main part of the house. Other things to note It can get noisy here, we have two children who start the day early and we get noise from the nearby restaurants. Our house was built in 1890 and last renovated in 1980 so while it is thoroughly cleaned between each guest the floors are old and damaged in some places. Registration Details PID-STRA-15340
