Vilm Vacation Rental

Our apartment Vilm is located on the ground floor of the house Magarete and faces south. The house is located in a quiet residential area not far from the town center (about a 5-minute walk) and Zinnowitz train station (about 900 m). The beach is about a 10-minute walk, a supermarket, a bakery and a drugstore are about 2 minutes away. In the house, there are 3 other apartments. The space The apartment has a comfortably equipped combined kitchen/living room with a sitting area with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a smart TV, books and a collection of board games. The kitchen has a dining area with a folding table and chairs, a ceramic stove with 2 plates (an oven is not available), 1 fridge without a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine, cookware and tableware as well as cutlery. There is a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm with 2 single mattresses) and 2 TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment has underfloor heating in all rooms. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Toddler equipment can be provided on request. Pets are welcome. Free parking is right by the house on a closed property. Guest access The apartment is only used by the guests. Other things to note Linen and towels are not included, but can be booked at an additional cost. Bed linen costs €20.00 per person and towels (consisting of a hand towel and a bath towel) cost €10.00 per person.
