La Tina del Mas Vilà - Rural house 7 people

Beautiful stone house for 7 people, surrounded by forest very close to the medieval village of Monells and the beaches of the Costa Brava. It has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool and an outdoor barbecue. The house is located within a rural tourism estate, with large garden areas where you can get lost, walk, play and relax, there is a swimming pool shared with other guests where you will have a private area with loungers where you can sunbathe quietly and cool off. The space The house has been restored while respecting the construction. It is located just in front of the community pool, where it has an area for the exclusive use of the house, with a barbecue and a beautiful stone table. It's a very large house. It has a large dining-living room with a fireplace, television and a large sofa. The wooden table can accommodate about 18 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, and everything you need to cook. There's a table, chairs, and another fireplace. It has three bedrooms. One with a double bed and a bathroom with a hot tub. The other two rooms share a bathroom equipped with two sinks and a bathtub. One of the rooms has two single beds and the other a double bed, plus an adjoining room/dressing room where there is a single bed. We include firewood for the fireplace, it has Wi-Fi, heating for the winter, air conditioning in the summer, plus a portable fan. Outside there is a private garden with lawn, loungers, barbecue and a beautiful stone table with benches and parasol. This patio is next to the pool shared with the other guests. Guest access The house is located within the Mas Vilà, a traditional 17th century farmhouse century, which we have renovated to offer you rural tourism with all the comforts. We have four fully equipped independent cottages. Each has its own private garden with barbecue. On the property, you'll find large lawn areas, parking, a chicken coop, and a community pool shared with other guests, where you'll have a lounge area just for you to sunbathe quietly.
