Black&White Studio - TOP location

Our modern, stylish Black&White studio is cosy and romantic. You’ll love the studio for the location. It is located in the center of Ljubljana, near Križanke Summer Theatre and just a few minutes walk away from the heart of Ljubljana. The sweet and neat apartment is ideal for couples, pairs, solo adventurers and business travellers. Before booking you can freely contact us for any additional information. City/Tourist tax is included in the price. The space The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 18th century historical building. It shares a main entrance with just one other flat, so you can enjoy complete privacy during your stay. The studio is newly build, fully and modern equipped, clean space of 27 m2. Studio offers everything you need for a wonderful experience in Ljubljana. All you need to do is cross the street and you can already feel the beauty of the city. There are lots of unique bars (jazz, rock, reggae, lounge, etc.) and amazing restaurants (traditional Slovenian, Balkan, Italian, Mexican, Indian, etc.) nearby to enjoy. The apartment has everything you will need to feel like at home. It comprises of an entrance hall, bathroom and the main room with a bed (140/200cm), a small working area with desk, dining table, coffee table, wardrobe, LED TV, home theatre, Blu-ray/DVD player, free WI-FI and air condition, and then a fully equipped kitchen. Our guests have access to all of the appliances in the apartment. Guest access There is no free parking included with the apartment, there are however several options where you can park your car in the near vicinity. Secure public parking behind a ramp (called NUK II) is across the main street from the apartment. Price from 7am to 7pm is 1.20 €/hour and from 7pm to 7am is 1.80 €/night, which amounts to 16.20 € if you park for a whole day (24h). Cheaper street parking is also available around the area approx. 200m from the apartment. Price during weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 7am to 5pm is 0.6 €/h. From 5pm to 7am and during the weekends the street parking is FREE. The maximum duration of a ticket is 6 hours, so you need to change/get a new ticket after. Parking directly in front of the apartment marked yellow is only available for residents. Feel free to stop briefly to load/unload your luggage, but keep an eye on the car to avoid a ticket. Other things to note In case you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out you can store it at the main train station. There are 24/7 accessible and guarded locker rooms all sizes. Cost 3 EUR/day. If bigger accommodation is needed please check my other listings.
