It's a village house dating back to before 1800, so it has the charm of the old. With its all-yellow facade, you'll spot it from afar. It really has style and character. Right in the center of the village, everything is nearby: shops (bakery, butcher, greengrocer...), restaurants and market twice a week. Our rental is a 3-star rated furnished tourist accommodation. The space Our pretty village house (with terrace) awaits you to come and spend a pleasant holiday, with all comforts, functional and well equipped, including: 1 kitchen/dining room of 29 m2, 1 bathroom and a shower in one of the two bedrooms. 1st Bedroom with 140 cm bed. 2nd Bedroom sofa bed of 160 with two mattresses for one person. Washing machine, dishwasher. Wi-Fi. Capacity 4 people. Sheets and towels are not provided. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant but it can be taken care of on request for an additional 80.00 euro fee. ---- Right in the lively center of the very pretty village of Leucate. Everything is close by: beach, shops and market. Everything is therefore possible on foot or by bike. You will appreciate the sweetness of life in Leucate with its huge beach. Entertainment every night. The Pyrenees as a backdrop for hiking. Leucate is the best spot in Europe for windsurfing and kitesurfing. Its cliff protects from the wind and it is pleasant to swim at any time. Visit the Cathar castles in the Corbières and the Languedoc Roussillon vineyards on the wine route. Perpignan is 35 km away, Narbonne is 37 km away. Carcassonne is 1.5 hours by car. In high season (July and August) we only rent full weeks from Saturday to Saturday.
