Lovely Clean South Kansas City Studio

Cozy 265 sq ft Studio. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. We exceed CDC protocol for cleanliness. Minutes from the interchange of I435, I49 and I470. Close to any area in the Metro. Coded private entrance. Kitchenette w/ fridge but no stove. Fullsize bed. Ceiling fans, two stool bar. Loveseat & TV. Full bath. Attached to our home w/ lock on both sides. It is in S. KC, near Cerner, Burns & McDonald, Arrowhead and Kaufman Stadiums. Once payment is received we will provide a code to enter the apartment. The space This studio apartment has its own coded private entrance. It has a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, crockpot, indoor grill and hotplate and dishes. Full size bed with night stands and reading lights. Two ceiling fans, two stool bar. Pullout twin sofa bed and TV. Full bath and large closet. The studio is a converted garage and is attached to our home. There is a lock on each side. Guest access You will have your own parking and separate door for access. We will provide code the day prior to your arrival. Each Friday we will collect soiled linens and provide clean linens. We do not provide laundry services for your personal items. We also allow access to our outdoor trash. The city picks up trash Wednesday morning. I take it to the street on Tuesday night. Please tie up your trash prior to placing it in our outdoor can. We will show you where our trash is located upon arrival. Other things to note Due to Kansas City ordering us to cease operating short term, we are no longer able to accept stays of 30 days or fewer. Please feel welcome to stay with us 31 nights or longer. We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags for each trash can. After these items are used you are on your own. No need to leave extra supplies! Twin size pullout sofa/bed Can Not be used without permission because we have to move things around and we do not want guests doing that). Speaking of expectations the bathroom should be cleaned weekly too. Our expectation is that YOU leave it as clean as you found it. Toilet, shower and sink, and everything else. We expect that you vacuum weekly and there is a vacuum provided. Please do not iron on the bed, use the board provided. We keep the right to charge for bedding damaged due to ironing on the bed. Please leave the refrigerator clean and empty. Lastly, in terms of trash. You may use our external trash can. Trash goes out on Wednesday morning. Our expectation is that YOUR trash is in our provided trash prior to us taking our trash to the curb. (Might as well take it out on Tuesday). PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE tie up your trash.
