Bungalow in Birnam

Our spacious bungalow offers five bedrooms, three ensuites and a family bathroom, Lounge, conservatory, dining room and kitchen. We are not a five star hotel! Please note before booking that this is a well used and loved family home with grandchildren and dogs. Not a perfected holiday home only. Property situated in the tranquil surroundings of Birnam wood and the River Tay. Dunkeld is close by and Pitlochry is a short drive away. Glenmore is a home from home but please respect our house rules The space Dunkeld was voted best place to live in Scotland 2023 by The Sunday Times! Just a short walk away from our very spacious property on all the one floor. Plenty space for large families to come together or when needed find space to be alone! However there are two steps leading up to the front door and access to the rear garden via the kitchen/dining room/conservatory have more stairs outside. Guest access Access to the entire house. This is a family home so our belongings will be in cupboards and drawers etc although there will be wardrobe space for yours! We do ask for guests to check bin calendar dates, found at the front door for emptying. The council will not provide larger bins so if you could take them out onto the street when due for collection this would be a big help. Other things to note Kids bunk bed room has no drawers/wardrobe for clothing.
