Pine Mountain Lake amenities include 18 hole golf course, The Grill, Equestrian center, hiking trails, community pool, beaches, playgrounds, fisherman’s cove, tennis courts, and the Marina where you will find paddle boards, kayaks and more for rent. 24 miles to the Yosemite National Park entrance. $50 gate fee to enter PML. The space Guest have access to the whole house as well as Pine mountain Lake amenities. There is a $50 fee per car to enter the gate. This gives you access to the amenities for the length of your stay up to 7 days. Black stone grill takes small Coleman propane bottles, please bring your own if planning to cook outdoors. We do not provide propane. Dogs are limited to two. If you are bringing a dog please contact me to discuss the details. Your pet must be approved by me before booking. If you have more than two you can still contact me and we can discuss possibly making an exception. We do not allow Rottweilers ,Doberman, pitbull’s wolf breeds,Chows and other large breed dogs. Also any dog mixed with these breeds. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and never left in the home unattended without a crate. Pet fee is per pet. Washer and dryer only to be used if staying 5 + nights.Detergent is not provided. There is a wood burning stove in the living room. Do not use this, the house has a full heating and air system. Wood burning stove is only to be used if the power goes out with approval. No wood is supplied. Check out instructions include dropping trash off to the local dumpster and washing dishes. Although we have professional cleaning services we can not guarantee that there will be zero exposure to you. We ask that you take your trash to the community dumpster and wash dishes prior to checking out. Do not plug into the home without asking. Vehicle charging will cost $50 a day. There is a EV charger in town about 5 min away. There is a $50 fee to enter Pine Mountain Lake, this pass is good for 7 days and charged per car.
