The space State-of-the-art apartment is located on the seventh floor and was modernized in 2024. + cozy bed (80x200), expandable to 1.60x200 + Wi-Fi available free of charge + Bathroom has a shower and a toilet + Flat screen + Kitchen fully furnished (fridge, pans, pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.) + Wardrobe + modern shower room with mirror cabinet (with light) and heating + Many utensils available, e.g.: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, + Initial equipment available, e.g.: shampoo/shower gel, soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper and much more. + Key handover by code, so possible at any time (even late) + Outdoor parking can be rented for €10 per night (please inform at the time of booking), is due in cash upon arrival The apartment is very suitable for business travelers, students but also for city travelers. HOUSE-RULES 1. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond the specified checkout time or are delayed by our cleaning staff will be liable for all associated costs and expenses. 2. Guests are not entitled to reserve or book in their place of residence. Please contact us when you book within your city. 3. Smoking, parties, commercial use(such as: prostitution) and excessive noise are not allowed. Violations of the prohibition are subject to a fine of €300 plus the cost of cleaning, ozone treatment, deodorization, and damage repair. 4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 5. Overnight guests who exceed the number specified in the reservation are not allowed. 6. Pets Not Allowed Violations of our pet policy may result in a fine. We recommend guests with assistance animals to contact us before their stay. 7. The cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, key fob, or parking passes shall be borne by the guests. 8. Guests take full responsibility for any damage, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report all property damage to the host. 9. Booking a reservation is an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all related damages, fees, costs, or expenses. 10. Use of the washing machine is only possible at a cost. The washing machine is the property of the house community. The owner assumes no liability for this. 11. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The owner is not liable for the failure.
