Excellent location in the very centre but very quiet in the property itself. This super central flat (30 sq. m + 14 sq. m mezzanine floor) is accessible by stairs only (2nd floor), not suitable for young children and elderly. As of September 1, 2021, all accommodation providers in Hungary are required to collect information on guest identities upon the arrival of each guest and share that information with the Hungarian Tourism Agency. In practice, the data must be collected via digital scanning of identification documents and uploaded to a Closed Information Database for Guests (Vendég Információs Zárt Adatbázis or VIZA) provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. If a guest refuses to provide the required document, this individual must be refused the accommodation service. The data shall include details such as name, surname, place and date of birth, nationality, the address of the accommodation and expected dates of stay and other data. For Hungarian guests, national identity cards, driving licenses and passports are accepted as proof of identity.
