The Haven - Central location, fully renovated, 2 full size bedroom, living space is a big converted veranda. Casino is situated between the sea and mountains. There is spectacular rainforest and bushland nearby in the Border Ranges, beach towns and some of the most idyllic villages the North Coast of NSW has to offer nearby, while set in quiet rolling farmland. Although the name of our town suggests a Casino there is none, it is named after a town in Italy by our early settlers. The space The Haven is recently renovated, uncluttered and serene, with everything you need to hand. You will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen for making easy meals or small feasts. At the end of the room is the lovely bathroom, with handmade vanity and stained glass windows filling the whole area with charm. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings made in May for Primex or Beef Week are a minimum of 3 guests max 4 per booking. Please ensure you’ve filled this out upon booking request. Guest access The property has a private pool you are most welcome to use, as the business owns and shares the pool area in the back. For cooling off on hot days WE ASK YOU TO CHECK in with us BEFORE YOU USE POOL as there is NO SAFETY SUPERVISION, so using the pool is at your own risk. Please be aware that this is a SHARED pool and pool area, that is also used by our family along with staff in the business. This unit on the side of the cottage shares a roof with the business next door during working hours. The business is not usually noisy and keep to themselves, IMPORTANT RULE absolutely no unauthorised people are allowed in the business back yard storage area and shed, for safety reasons and private property laws. The unit is Not Suitable for active children and there is no backyard or play area for young ones, please check with us before booking. The wall mounted flat screen TV is Netflix compatible and has most of the digital stations for your pleasure. The unit is a Tiny house concept with everything tucked away awaiting its use, chairs tables ect.. then back to its spot so the living space is maximised. Other things to note We encourage you to enjoy a stroll around the friendly neighbourhood. Because of sharing a cottage, The Haven is a "NO FLAMES" area, so no candles allowed. No Smoking on the premises or within the boundaries, no illegal substances, no sparklers either, safety comes first.
