Guest access KaoCat Sea Villa operates as a homestay, so the entire villa will be handed over to the family during the rental period and the customer has full rights to use and is responsible for not damaging the interior and accompanying utilities. When checking out, please do some basic cleaning (KaoCat will charge a cleaning service fee depending on the condition of the house when checking out). Other things to note I hope you will find out about our location before booking..because first-time visitors to the city will not understand that: “Our villa is the only beach villa in Duong Dong town area.” The villa is built in a relaxing style so it is quiet and private, not noisy or crowded Kaocat seavilla operates according to the homestay model and is the only unit, not a chain. When checking in, we will check in and hand over the entire villa to you and hope you comply with some small rules of the villa. Please note: - In response to environmental protection, kaocat seavilla and homestays in the area stop using disposable personal items such as toothbrushes/soap packs/combs/... However, if necessary, you can still ask the staff for support. - Because April to November is the rainy season, there may be storms (not dangerous), so Phu Quoc island has a rotating power outage schedule. KaoCat SeaVilla will have power outages about 3-5 days/month (8-12 hours each time during the day) - The villa operates as a homestay, so after receiving the entire apartment, please check around the villa. If there is any problem related to hygiene/household appliances, please immediately notify the manager or staff for immediate handling. Because when checking out, we will base on the actual situation at that time to decide how to handle it. It will be very difficult for us to handle if you only notify us on the day of check-out. - In addition, due to the location right next to the sea, the air contains salt, so electronic devices often break down.
