Guests can freely use the swimming pool, kitchenwares, air-conditioning unit, television, and the like. Other things to note - Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on availability. Just inform me in advance but regular check in is 3:00PM and check out is 11:00AM. - Car rental, airport transfers and trips can be arranged upon request. - Please maintain a clean and tidy place during your stay. We don’t provide daily cleaning services unless requested. - If you’d like to get a taxi, you can ask help from the receptionist or security staff. If you’re tech-savvy, you can book a car-hailing service via app. - Paid parking is also available for a fee of 20 on the first 3 hours and 10 for every additional hour. - Strictly no smoking, no illegal activities, excessive alcohol drinking and partying inside the unit. - Guests will receive check-in and check-out instructions.
