The Atlantic Beach Estate is an historic mansion designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright & developed into a group of pristine oceanfront and ocean view condos. This is a small studio about 350 square feet with a new bath just totally redone this year. It is perfect for a business traveler or someone needing a beach getaway. All rentals are for a minimum of 90 days per Atlantic Beach city ordinance. The unit is very bright and airy with windows on three sides. The Estate is mid-century modern design with redwood inverted ceilings. This cozy unit features a queen bed, loft bed for a child, 3-seater couch, table and chairs, teak rolltop desk, and small bar and totally new bath with shower. 2 chairs and kitchenette. To comply with our property management policies and local regulations, we require all guests to complete a rental agreement after booking. This agreement outlines our Rental Rules regarding pets, guests, parking, pool, child proofing the unit, cleaning service, beach towels, hurricane/storm policy, waiver of liability, maintenance, and access by owner . Upon booking your stay, you will receive a document via email. Please sign and return the document within 2 days of booking to finalize your reservation. You can choose to cancel your reservation if you do not wish to sign the agreement within 2 days of booking.
