Enjoy your stay! The space The Condo-studio (Open Layout) is perfect for a couple, Families, or Friends! Whether you're a couple, a family with kids, or a group of up to 4 friends, this condo-studio is a great choice for your getaway! The studio offers a full kitchen, a king size bed and a trundle bed, darken curtains for a restful night, and all necessary items for a very comfortable stay. The Water Park is right next door, and you're just a short walk from easy beach access. Nearby, you'll also find exciting activities like banana boat rides, the turtle aquarium, helicopter rides, the jetties, and plenty more to explore and enjoy! —we can’t wait to host you! A clubhouse with restrooms and indoor dining tables BBQ pits (some shaded) with picnic benches Convenient outdoor shower Direct beach access from the building—with no extra fees! To ensure everyone has a great experience, the community rules for this area are posted inside the unit (next to the fridge). Please take a moment to review them. Kind reminder: Failure to follow the rules may result in a fine issued by the HOA, which would be the renter’s responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy all the amenities! Other things to note Helpful Info for a Smooth Stay *ONLY* and during Spring break season. The HOA will sale wristbands at $30.00 per guest, for the ages of 13 thru 35 years old. These are require during this time. Staring April you'll receive up to 4 wristbands Free of charge, which are required to access to the swimming pool area. One parking permit will be provided—please place it on your vehicle’s dashboard to avoid being towed. Monthly maintenance inspections take place on the 1st Tuesday of each month. Maintenance staff may briefly enter the unit to complete their routine check. Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor—we’ll share the access code with you. For a small fee ($2.00 & $1.75 per unit) you will wash & dry your cloths. Bring your own detergent. Important: For everyone's comfort and safety, only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed in the UNIT and POOL area. No additional visitors are permitted.
