We offer a very comfortable queen-size bed with high-quality bedding and pillows, cable TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. The kitchen is full of appliances for you to prepare small meals and other amenities to make it a perfect stay. The space ⚠️⚠️ Heads up ⚠️⚠️ Please note that the reception is undergoing construction work, which is expected to last 50 days. During this period, the new reception is located on the CC (Convention Center) floor, which can be accessed by the stairs to the left of the entrance or by the elevator (CC button). We're here to help with whatever it takes! ----- We offer a welcome kit with water, soap, shampoo / conditioner and toilet paper. This apartment holds up to 3 people: 2 in double bed + 1 in sofa bed. Booking for 3, the sofa bed is complimentary, but if you book for up to 2 people, we charge a usage fee of R$60.00. Guest access Our guests can access all common areas of the building, such as the swimming pool, fitness center and sauna. Other things to note All our guests will receive a clean apartment, welcome water, bed linen and enough towels for the number of people selected at the time of booking. But please note: WE DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS AND BED LINEN DURING YOUR STAY. Some apartments have a washer and dryer, while others offer laundry service in the condominium (self-service or not). However, if you prefer, we offer some additional services: Complete change of linen (bed and bath): R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat and 1 set of bed linens) Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat) If you have any questions, please let us know. - In the kitchen, we offer coffee, sugar and salt. We do not offer oil and pepper.
