Small Room. AMAZING VIEW! For 2! 2.5km > TROGIR!

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The very small room is located on the top floor & offers top views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is suitable for 1-2 people. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (very narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair. The space It is a standard room with a great view. The bed size is 160cm x 200cm. Faster WiFi Speed will be available for 2025. Newest Wifi 7 Technology. No issues to stream videos on the TV, make video calls and other demanding applications. Since 2025 there is no need to have a car to go to the Supermarket. WOLT is now available for the neighborhood, which means it is possible to order groceries, drinks and other items right to the house. For the 2026 summer season, we have to implement a 4 night minimum stay, due to cleaning reasons and lack of cleaning staff. If you do not like very small rooms/bathrooms, i would not recommend this room to you. Please keep in mind that the bathroom is small and very narrow around the toilet, sink and shower. There is not much space. It might not be the perfect choice for taller people, or for people who prefer a normal sized bathroom. This is very important to know. It is a non smoking room and its perfect for couples or solo travelers. Bed Linen and towels are included in the price. Beachtowels are not included. Guests who are staying a min. of 7 days get fresh towels after 3 days. Keep in mind, that the room is a small size and more suitable for shorter stays. (4 days). But longer stays are possible as well, of course. The balcony on the other hand is a decent size with some of the best views in the neighborhood. Liquid hand soap is provided as well. Shampoo and Body wash are not included. Mosquito protection is not included and has to be bought/brought with the guest. We provide guests with 1 full roll of toilet paper at the beginning. We are an apartment building, not a Hotel. Additional toiletpaper has to be bought by the guest. The same applies to trash bags. Salt and pepper are in the kitchenette and can be used. When you have some garbage at the end of your stay, or during your stay, that you would like to throw away, there are two green garbage containers, upstairs by the upper parking in the corner. The one with the orange top is for paper and cardboard. The others are for everything else. Guest access You have access to the whole room. You will be given a key for the room, a key for the upper main entrance and a key for the lower entrance. There is 1 free parking space available for your apartment right in front of the building. We will guide you to your spot upon arrival. No elevator in building. Other things to note Please keep in mind, that the building is located next to the main street, which connects Seget Donji and Trogir. Vehicles are passing by in the back. The rooms on the highest floor are all side by side. It is possible that you will hear your neighbors from time to time. Night rest is from 22:00-07:00, but unfortunately i can not guarantee that every guest always respects these rules. If you feel that your neighbor does not follow the rules and is too noisy at night, feel free to contact me, or knock on the neighbors door and ask him friendly to respect the house rules and be aware of all other guests in the building. With that said, it is very rare that you will have any issues. Almost all guests are always very friendly and respectful of the house rules. High season is from 15.06-15.09. In that time period any kind of construction work is not allowed per tourism law in Dalmatia. But outside of these dates, in preseason and shoulder season it is allowed. Hot/warm water is provided in the evening and mornings and is mostly in line with the night rest rules. Evening hot water: 18:30-22:15, plus/minus half an hour. Morning hot water: 07:00-10:00, plus/minus half an hour. From around 10:00-18:00, it switches from hot water to the solar panels on the roof, which provide lukewarm water, given the sun is shining and there is no cloud coverage.
