The spacious and very bright living room opens onto a large terrace that connects to all the rooms, offering abundant natural light and spectacular views of the sea and the city. Important information: The apartment is a classic home and is specially designed to enjoy in warm seasons. In the colder seasons, the insulation is not that of a modern construction and, on days of strong wind, you can feel some draft through the windows. For this reason, off-season prices are more competitive. To ensure comfort, it has two high-power butane gas catalytic stoves for winter. In summer, it has ceiling fans and portable fans, as it does not have air conditioning. The hot water works with a 50-liter heater; if several people shower consecutively, the tank may temporarily run out, and it is necessary to wait a few minutes for it to heat up again.
