The flat is ideally located, going towards the North direction connects you to the city of Margao (13 mins/4.5km), going towards the South connects you the pristine coast of Benaulim Beach (10 mins/4.3km), other known beaches in the vicinity are Varca, Vaddi and Colva beach.

With addition to your private space, on the ground floor level you have a patio/driveway which is comfortably spacious which you can use to stretch do some yoga or alternatively host a small get together in the open (restrictions apply).
