1 - Private guest suite with en-suite twin room

privately accessed, custom built lockable room with en suite. Room is newly refurbished to a high standard. Two single beds, free wifi, television (with freeview channel's) and a DVD player. Ensuites include toilet, sink and shower. Tea, coffee, microwave and fridge facilities are available in the lower dining area. Guests will also receive a complimentary self service continental breakfast, which includes yoghurt, croissants, orange juice, milk and cereals. The space High chairs and travel cots can be provided on request. Please ask if anything else is required. There is a secure garage for storage of any valuables such as bicycles. Guest access The property is situated opposite The Muirs restaurant Kinross. Access to the main property is via a driveway. The driveway is situated 1st left in Muirfield Grove, Kinross. Guest access to the main home is situated to the rear of the property, to the left of the garage. Two steps to access the property. Entry is onto a boot room/diner with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea pot tea bags, coffee. Both rooms are accessed at the top of the staircase visible from the boot room. During your stay Both rooms are accessed separately from the main house. Keys can be collected from safe boxes at entrance. Local area information can be provided from hosts. We cannot guarantee that we will be in at all times. Keys collected/returned as above. Other things to note Kinross is situated on the banks of the famous and picturesque Loch Leven. There is a restaurant directly opposite our house, which provides popular lunches and evening meals at reasonable prices and a real Scottish pub adjoining the restaurant. More hotels and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. Kinross also has its own brewery, where you can enjoy their own beer and ales, or if you prefer other alcoholic drinks, they are also available. The brewery also provides coffee and tea, if you want something hot and a different kind of beverage.
