You can enjoy beaches, wildlife, bushwalks and fresh open spaces with the confidence of a thoroughly cleaned residence in a private and secluded location. Sandy Toes Retreat is situated on 5 hectares of private natural bushland 3 km from South West Rocks. A private pool, covered bbq area and open natural bushland all for your exclusive use. The space Sandy Toes Retreat has been thoroughly cleaned following the cleaning guidelines from the Australian Government / Safe Work Australia Covid-19 document. The four bedroom residence at Sandy Toes Retreat is called "Yarrahapinni". It is made up of 2 units that are connected with an internal door ("Yarrahapinni" is made up of "Yarra" and "Hapinni" units). This large space therefore includes 2 extra large living areas with an extra large couch in each, 2 dining tables each seating 6 adults comfortably, 2 large bathrooms each with a washing machine and dryer. There is 2 fully equipped kitchens. The two master bedrooms have a king size bed in each and the 2 other bedrooms have 2 double beds in each of them - 12 people (strict maximum) (maximum of 8 adults) will be very comfortable in this space. This allows two families or households to holiday together whilst still maintaining a private and personal space as might be required. There is also 2 outdoor dining areas looking over the huge 90,000L salt water swimming pool - for your use. Also for your private use is a BBQ area. It too has ample covered seating, a large Webber BBQ, small kitchen and bathroom facilities. It has spectacular sweeping views of Trial Bay and South West Rocks. When booking "Yarrahapinni", you secure the exclusive use of the bbq area and pool area. All linen including sheets, towels and pool towels are included. Tea and coffee and kitchen and bathroom “starter packs” - salt pepper oil toilet paper etc., are also provided. There is ample parking for cars and boats and a secure pin-code access gate upon entry to the property. We are not a hotel. Guest access By booking the 4 bedroom residence - "Yarrahapinni" you are securing the use of the 5 hectare property including the pool and BBQ area. After booking, you will be sent details on the exact address, security pin code and arrival instructions.
