Beach house on Ganema, Serifos

An amazing beachfront house on Ganema beach, on Serifos Island. The 120m2 house is built directly on the sand!Spacious, fully equipped with a huge 900m2 garden which extends to the beach.There is one taverna on the beach open from June to end of August, one on the road (5min walking distance) and the great restaurant of coco-mat hotel (5min car). The house is at a 15min distance by car from the port and its neighboring with 2 other great beaches and the historical mining region of the island The space Our home,(built in 2004), is one of the very few homes of the Cyclades, built directly on the beach. It is a part of a small complex of 3 houses , totally separated one from the other (through planting, pergolas and the architecural design)with an absolute privacy and a direct relationship with the beach. The living area and the kitchen are spacious full of light and fully equipped. One of the 3 bedrooms and one bathroom are on the ground floor next to the living room. In this bedroom there is air-conditioning (which is rarely needed as the ventilation provides fresh air even for the warmer days of the summer). The other 2 bedrooms which are sharing the second bathroom of the house, are placed in a semi- basement space. This space is very suitable for sleeping, as it is far fresher than the ground floor spaces. Those rooms are full of sun light during day time. There are fans on their ceilings, which are rarely needed (air-conditioning is not needed there at all.) Our terraces and garden are unique, as they combine privacy and the exclusive relation with the beach. There are suitable for chilling, partying, making barbeques ect. Our place is the perfect destination for families. The parents can relax as the children play all day on the beach! Guest access Preferably to rent a 4x4 car. The last 200 m to the house is a bumpy stone road which some months of the year is smooth but some others is not easily accessible with a non 4x4 car. If you dont want of have a 4x4 jeep it is possible that you can still access our parking but there is a chance that you might have to park your car on the main road and walk on the beach 3-4min to reach the house.
