Ideal for meeting and recharging, whether you're a couple, with friends, or with family Parking in front of the house, beaches and small convenience stores 5 minutes' walk away The space The apartment is on the second and top floor, accessed by a staircase (no elevator) Small landing, with separate toilet, then entrance into a hallway serving: . the two bedrooms (140 beds) and the shower room) . the living room with equipped open kitchen, dining area and TV lounge, (fiber optic and Orange TV) In duplex, accessible by small interior staircase, 2 small "cabin-style" attic bedrooms, each with a single bed (kids and teens love them) outdoor storage in the garden to store your beach things, bikes, surfboards etc... with outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. A café and restaurant are within walking distance of the house. Note: in order to guarantee you the best price, cleaning, sheets and towels are not included, If, however, you would like a cleaning service for a more relaxing vacation, and sheets and towels, just let us know at the time of booking, and provide payment upon arrival. Cleaning fee: €60 Linens and towels are offered at the price of €15/bed and €8 per set of towels (2 towels) Guest access the house is composed of 3 levels, one apartment per landing, served by a staircase, you have access to the apartment on the top floor (access corridor and staircase in the photos) Other things to note For people wishing to come with a small dog, please let us know.
