The space Cosy 26 m² studio, with no shared walls, set in a 2,000 m² green environment. Our house is located 40 meters away, ensuring real independence while remaining available if needed. The studio is designed to accommodate up to two guests. You benefit from private and secure parking for two vehicles, directly in front of the accommodation. A thorough cleaning is, of course, carried out after each stay. Guest access Guests have fully independent access to the studio as well as to its private outdoor area. They also have access to the 1,000 m² landscaped garden, shared with us, as well as direct access, via a gate, to the municipal park and Lac du Bois-Vieux. Certain areas are not accessible to guests: the chicken coop, the vegetable garden, and the immediate surroundings of our house. Other things to note ⚠ The staircase visible in the photos leads to a decorative mezzanine that is not accessible to guests.
