Michele Bouve Hoffman The space There is one main living area with comfy full sized futon bed with luxury memory foam pad , full kitchen, 32” flat screen TV with Roku ( Web Tv Netflix etc.. ) Desk area. Full kitchen and Bathroom with shower. Plenty of closet space and two complimentary parking spaces. Free Laundry available in building. PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day holidays will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival thru an Airbnb alteration request. Please note: Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee. Guest access Community laundry room is in the porch off the back of the house. If you happen to use the last of the laundry detergent and/or dryer sheets please replace. Other things to note This efficiency is in a building with other apartments so we do ask our guests to observe reasonable quiet hours 10pm to 7 am. * also please note the bathroom is on the small side (see pics.) Bed is a double sized futon/ couch. QUIET HOURS: 10pm to 7am. Should guests accidentally lock themselves out of the Airbnb guests may need to contact a locksmith to regain access. We have neighbors and other Airbnb’s in or close to this property and to ensure that other guests will enjoy their stay we cannot have them disturbed by the noise of your pet missing you or repetitive barking. We lease the property with the right to sublet so do not own the property so we need to be careful that properties and furnishings are not damaged. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture.
