Please download the check in guide for the access of the apartment. ★Check in and Check out Time ● Check in Time: 16:00 (You can drop your luggage after 12:00.) ● Check out Time: 10:00 ★Late check out ● Late check out fee of 3,000 JPY per hour applies until 12:00 noon. ● Please arrange late check-out with host at least 1 day in advance. ★How to charge children ● Kids 6 years old or below are free of charge, bed sharing with parents and please prepare towels and toothbrushes for your kids. Kids 7 years old or over are charged as adults. Or it might fail to reach your desired temperature during nighttime. ● No pets allowed. ● Paid parking lot can be found nearby. ● Don’t put the garbage (rubbish) outside the apartment. Will charge 15,000JPY as a penalty. ● If the room is too messy (such as unwashed utensils, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc.), an extra cleaning fee will be charged. ● Please pack & classify the rubbish (combustible, non-combustible / plastic), PET, cans, glass ● Please do not use the blankets and pillows in the sealed bag.
