Charming rustic cottage + pool

Ideal for athletes, hikers, cyclists, bikers, the Flor Pirenenca cottage is located 1 hour south of Toulouse, in the Pyrenean piedmont, near the Cagire, the Mourtis resort, Saint Bertrand de Comminges, and the Spanish Val d 'Aran. Outside, it has 1 sofa + table on terrace, a barbecue and 1 ping pong table, and pool side with 1 sofa + table and 6 pool chairs. Ranked 3 ☆by the department. The space The cottage Flor Pirenenca is a house of 90 m2 on a floor, integrated with a traditional building, it faces south and offers a beautiful terrace with barbecue. The ground floor consists of a beautiful living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, large refrigerator, espresso) open to living room, with fireplace (wood stove) and 3 sofas (TV, CD, DVD), and a bathroom with shower and toilet (washing machine). The floor is divided into 3 bedrooms, the first on balcony, with double bed (160), TV, DVD, the second with 2 single beds (90) and TV, VHS, and the third with double bed (140) and cot and cliclac. All beds are equipped with sheets, and the bathroom has a set of 6 bath sheets, 6 towels and 6 pool towels. The garden is a space to be shared from time to time with the owner and her guests, it allows parking on the one hand, and offers back from the street access to a swimming pool (4m x 6m) decorated with sun loungers, a table and garden chairs, all enclosed by a barrier, and secured by a deployable bar tarpaulin for the safety of children. 2 other barbecues are available, as well as a small portico. Wifi available but rather accessible from the terrace! Guest access The cottage is a non-smoking area, ashtrays are available outside. It has all the dishes necessary for a pleasant stay, including an espresso, a fondue pan, dishes for the oven, tea towels, etc. Access to the wood for the fireplace is free, however the meter will be read on arrival and departure due to electric heating. Other things to note Dear biker friends, welcome! The region is full of treasures and beautiful roads that only need to be known and recognized! Please make sure with the owner of the possibility to come with animals. The neighborhood has many cats that are at home everywhere, whateveryou want!
